Quality Auto Body had a great reputation, but its look told a different story. As employees stepped into ownership, it was time for a brand that finally matched the work.
What Wasn’t Working
Quality Auto Body had been earning 4.9-star reviews in small-town Wisconsin, but their logo didn't match the shop behind it. When long-time employees stepped into new ownership, the moment was right to close the gap.
The logo was busy and cluttered. It didn't match a shop that runs late-model diagnostic tools, 3D scans, and charges top-end rates for the area. The brand needed to catch up to the reputation they'd already built.
How We Solved It
The new logo is a geometric letter Q: sharp, forward-leaning, and built to work at any size, from a hat patch to building signage. The colors go dark: slate navy and cool gray, with a pop of safety yellow as a nod to the old logo. A bold, clean font keeps the lettering as sharp as the logo.
The full package includes versions of the logo for every use: the main version, a stacked version, the Q on its own, and the shop name written out. Plus a mini rule book with the exact color codes and which combinations to use.
What We Delivered
The shop received the complete package: the logo and all its versions, the full color palette, the lettering, and a mini rule book with color codes and approved combinations their team can actually use.
Mockups showed the new look on outside signs, vehicle wraps, uniforms, business cards, and social media, all in the shop's real setting: clean bays, high-tech diagnostic equipment, and dark-paneled buildings.
The Result
Both locations now have a look that matches their real standing in the market, and reviews held strong at 4.9 stars. The employees who stepped into ownership stepped into a brand that finally felt like theirs: modern, truly theirs, and built to work on every surface the shop puts its name on, from the building to the uniforms to the business cards.
